Nine Miles of Smiles is a non-profit healthcare volunteer organisation that provides dental care to under serviced areas in Jamaica.

Since its founding, NMS has striven to increase access to dental care in marginalised communities. From cities to remote towns to isolated villages, volunteers work with local groups to provide much needed dental services and resources for sustainable programs.

As a volunteer member, Smiles For Life Dental Hygiene Clinic travels to Jamaica once a year were we are dedicated to teaching hundreds of children home care skills. While we are in Jamaica, we provide primary dental care including restorative and preventive dentistry, extractions and denture adjustments. The long term programs assist local personnel in developing and implementing educational programs for children, adults, teachers, healthcare and community agencies.
